Regretable results of a Love Triangle between Jade Vixen (Edythe Maa) , Anthony Ottaviano and David Krieg happened: one shot to dead, one suicided and one kinapped.
Anthony Ottaviano, 40, was a rising star at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison law firm before he he was gunned down by an obsessed fan of his S&M girlfriend, Edythe Maa. She is better known in the S&M model world as Jade Vixen. Edythe Maa is an engineering and materials science PhD student at the University of Penn.
After fatally shooting Anthony Ottaviano, musclebound madman David Krieg kidnapped Edythe Maa. Krieg held cops at bay for nine hours before shooting himself in the head with the same gun he used to kill his rival.
“Jade Vixen - she’s the greatest fetish model since Betty Page!” the madman, David Krieg, gushed on a video on his MySpace page.
Before the disaster, the couple would often attend kinky fetish parties in New York City — with the Manhattan attorney sporting a garter belt, stockings, high heels and a dash of lipstick.
