Lisa Landry (born August 5, 1977) is an American stand-up comedian.
She grew up in Harvey, Louisiana. She is a Cajun and was born a Catholic, although she is now a convert to Judaism.
Landry starred in her own half-hour special “Comedy Central Presents Lisa Landry” on the Comedy Central cable TV network.
She currently lives and performs in New York City.
In her Biography on her official website wrote: “Lisa Landry is one of the most fearless and innovative women working in the New York City stand-up comedy scene. This break out talent recently starred in her own half-hour special “Comedy Central Presents Lisa Landry”- set to air early in 2007- and can be seen in the frequent re-runs of her 2005 appearance on Comedy Central’s popular show “Premium Blend.”
